DELIVERY POLICY (UK & OVERSEAS)
UK Delivery
• Dispatch estimate: 3–5 working days
• Orders after 3:00pm processed next working day
• Risk passes on delivery to nominated address
Overseas Delivery
International shipments are subject to export controls and customs clearance. All duties, taxes, licences, and import approvals are the Customer’s responsibility. Delivery dates are estimates only.
Inspection & Missing Goods
• Damage or shortages must be reported within 5 working days
• Missing deliveries must be reported within 10 working days of invoice date
• Proof of Delivery requests must be made within 2 months
