Due to biosecurity and traceability requirements, many ID-7 products are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items
• RFID implants or transponders
• Sterile or sealed products
• Single-use or consumable items
• Custom-programmed or made-to-order goods
Faulty Goods
Where goods are proven faulty, ID-7 will offer repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
All returns require prior authorisation.
Business Customers have no automatic right to cancel.
