ID-7® and all associated trademarks and intellectual property are owned by Astflick Holdings Ltd.
Definitions
“ID-7 / we / us / our” means Astflick Group Ltd trading as ID-7.
“Customer” means any person or organisation purchasing goods or using the website.
“Consumer” means an individual acting outside their trade or profession.
“Business Customer” means a person or organisation acting for business purposes.
“Goods” means RFID animal transponders, readers, accessories, and related equipment.
Regulatory Status & Ethics Responsibility
ID-7 supplies animal identification and research support tools only.
ID-7 is not a licensed establishment under the Animal (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 and does not perform regulated procedures.
All responsibility for:
- Ethical approval
- Home Office licensing
- Animal welfare compliance
- Training and competence
rests solely with the Customer.
Orders & Contract
A contract is formed only when order confirmation is issued.
ID-7 reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders prior to dispatch.
Prices & Payment
Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated.
Payment is required prior to dispatch unless a credit account is approved.
Late payments may attract interest at 2.5% above the Bank of England base rate.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
For Business Customers, liability is limited to the value of goods supplied.
Governing Law
English law applies. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
